Materials
The materials used in the project were carefully selected to give the lighting durability and the light quality expected from a lamp.
The connections are made of hand casted brass pieces by local artisans in portugal. The diffusers are made of PMMA by perspex, non toxic and fully recyclable sheets, that are precision cut in portugal and afterwards hand finished to achieve the unique frosted effect. Each part is handmade, and this means each lamp is unique and varies slightly from each other.
